    Firstly I would like to mention this has been the worse experience I've had with staying at crown.... especially crown promenade. Their service was extremely poor and rude and took at least 30 mins just to try check me in at desk and even longer to me out. I had booked in a week before at the reception desk so that I could check in without problems... the guy working on the day told me valet parking and breakfast was included. However when checking out they wanted to pay for valet and the breakfast that was included in my package and I had even paid for a upgrade on my room and late check out... and tried charging me again for that! Also to mention took $20 out of my account without permission! So I will be following this up! Worse place to stay and will never going back!

    Service was poor, asked to have room made up never got done and service to the room was very very slow!
